This interactive report presents the of the findings of the 2022 Regional Horizon Scanning Initiative of the UNDP Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific (RBAP).

From May-August 2022, the RBAP Foresight Team, supported by the Crisis Bureau DRR team, facilitated the second edition of the RBAP Regional Horizon Scanning Initiative.

This Initiative built on the inaugural edition of the September-December 2021 Regional Horizon Scanning Initiative by further exploring signals and risks identified, while scanning for additional weak signals and emerging trends in the Asia Pacific.

As with the previous edition, the 2.0 Horizon Scan is grounded in collective intelligence through crowd sourcing of signals and trends, and validation and prioritization through AI-driven conversations with RBAP, external experts and the HS 2.0 Advisory Group.
