Welcome to the Stockholm+50 National Consultations dashboard
This dashboard is designed to complement Global Synthesis Report of Stockholm+50 National Consultations. It captures data from national consultations that took place in 56 countries in 2022 with over 40,000 participants from governments and national and international stakeholder groups.
The dashboard allows policy makers, practitioners, researchers and citizens to explore the reports prepared for each national consultation. It offers a user-friendly tool for searching national and sectoral challenges, recommendations and solutions by sector or cross-cutting themes in line with Stockholm+50 global meeting themes.
About Stockholm+50
Stockholm+50 was a high-level international meeting held on 2-3 June 2022 in Stockholm, co-hosted by Sweden and Kenya, with UNEP as the lead UN agency. It commemorated the 1972 United Nations Conference on the Human Environment and celebrated 50 years of global environmental action.
Anchored in the Decade of Action, it was designed to accelerate delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement and the post-2020 global Biodiversity Framework, and encourage the adoption of green post COVID-19 recovery plans.
The national consultations took place in 2022 via over 400 in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
Consultations were organized around the three leadership dialogue themes of Stockholm+50:
- The urgent need for action to achieve a healthy planet and prosperity of all
- Achieving a sustainable and inclusive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic
- Accelerating the implementation of the environmental dimension of Sustainable Development in the context of the Decade of Action.
